1. To help maintain, administrate and supervise entire Human Resource, Administration and Security Department operations of the resort 2. Prepare budgets and achieve budgeted financial targets - manpower budgeting, contract labour. Identify new opportunities to cut employee cost but not at the cost of employee satisfaction. Ensure payout by contractors 3. Implement process (SOPs and record maintainence) and Service standards, Safety and Security procedures 4. Resolve team conflicts, behaviour inconsistencies, implement company standards of uniform and grooming 5. To liaison with external agencies, influential persons to have a good image for the organization.To liaison with government authorities and ensure the statutory requirement are met on time and accurately. 6. Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development 7. Work with union representative to resolve labor relation issues 8. Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses 9. Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications for specific job positions. Conduct new employee orientations 10. To ensure regular communication meetings at all the resorts and action plans
